After having a terrible experience at an unnamed dealer in town I ventured over to Key Hyundai on an off chance they could redeem this dealer. Needless to say they knocked it out of the park. My salesman Richard was very informative but not pushy and the whole staff understood my frustration and made a point of trying to help and answer all my questions. Top notch from top to bottom. I would recommend Key Hyundai for someone looking for a vehicle.

I had my oil change and an update done last week, my car is park during the week, I don’t drive the car during the week , because I drive a company vehicle, I went to start my car and I got all kind of lights on my dashboard and the car wouldn’t start, I had to go and buy some jumper cables, and star the car, I went to started again this afternoon and my alarm went off and wouldn’t start , this all happened after the so call update, this car had a new engine put on about a year ago by the factory, because of a recall, I had ... read more

RecommendedI felt that they were very helpful and good at their job. We had Don helping us and he was very good.
Helped with an issue from 2018 even though car was out of warranty now. Really feel like they do all they can to please the customer.
