Very prompt and courteous
I just found out that a vehicle that was traded in in May was towed and a lien has been put against my vehicle so that I cannot renew my tag! Why should I have to clean up your mess! Horrible!!! I suggest that Key Hyundai get their paperwork in order!!!!!Do Not use this dealership!!!
My last visit was for unscheduled service. I arrived late in the day, Kyle in the service department greeted me by name as I was getting out of the car. I explained my concerns and he said they would get right to it. Turned out to be a faulty battery which was under warranty. Kyle had it replaced and I was out the door in forty minutes. He even offered a courtesy car wash which I politely refused because I didn’t want to hold anybody up past closing. Great service.
