Recommendedmy whole experience was great. my family sales agent is Brian Pfeiffer, he's very helpful and awesome service. What I like also about them is they offer 5 years finance interest free as well. The car service team is great too. Today I had my 15k mile car service and dealt with Ronnie and he's great. In the past 5 years we have purchased 3 Hyundai vehicles from Key Hyundai's sales person, Brian Pfeifer. Two were used and the latest one was a brand new 2018 Santa Fe Sport. I have now bought 3 cars from this dealer and they provide the nicest and fastest car buying process. I advised my sales man that I wouldn't have long to spend there with my son doing paperwork and he listened was in and out the finance department within 15 minutes exactly what i asked for. Then when it was all said and done your sales rep will show you anything you want to know about the car and pair your phone and really want to go above and beyond. I will be back one day for another vehicle.
