Just got oil changed. Took hour and a half. No car wash after they told me it was in the wash. Went to this location instead of Westside for convenience and was quickly reminded why I go to that one!!!! After leaving this review, I was promptly called by the service manager, Toni. I brought my car back in and she herself washed and vacummed it. I also will be getting my next oil change for free. Toni went above and beyond as the manager for the service department!!!
At Key Hyundai I had one of the BEST car buying experiences ever! No pressure, no games, no gimmicks. They treated me honestly and fairly! Looking for a car, consider Hyundai, then buy at KEY!
They are not professionals they told me they wash my car kept me there for 3 hour and they never wash my car
I had my car serviced by another dealer after getting no response After I made 3 phone calls requesting a pickup as per our agreement when I purchased the vehicle. Too bad the new owners fired Butch, the service manager.
Sales man was very slow even though i came in with my own lenders (bank) approval or financing....and they didn't have my car ready or have gas put into it once all paperwork was completed....very poor service...nothing about my new car was explained to me and according to my survey i was supposed to have my first maintenance check scheduled....since this was was my first new car i figured i would get more interaction and feedback from my salesman which i didn't get....i am happy with my purchase but not at all with my exper... read more
Poor customer service all the way around. Lack of communication and just a general lack everything from the scheduling of service to arriving and finding out we wouldn't be able to get our factory recalls. Will be contacting corporate on this!!! The sad part is no one cared my husband was even upset. Gave him his keys and said bye!
They have the worst service i have ever experienced. They lost my keys on a Saturday and never contacted me until Monday. I advised i needed my home keys and they did nothing. They also tampered with my keys removing them from the rings they were on. So with this. Not sure if all of my keys were returned. Using this service team shouldnt even be a last resort. It was mine and i wish i had driven the hour to St Augustine.
