I bought my car about a month ago, and Richard Wood was the sales representative that showed me my options. I appreciated the time he took to tell me about the Santa Fe, I chose to purchase. I love that I did not feel pressured or hurried during any part of the visit. I have been so excited about my car, I tell everyone how much I love it. They left the engine air intake filter cover loose after replacing the battery. Drove a sluggish car with below its typical MPG two days. Today, I checked under the hood and found the loose cover. Irritating to say the least. This happened to my 2014 Elantra. How can you trust more extensive work if something so simple is left undone?

I have always been pleased after purchasing 6 vehicles. I will remain a customer but my last experience has been disappointing. June 16 purchased a 2017 Sante Fe Sport. Only one key/remote given to me. They could not locate the second. June 22 they ordered one for me. Today is July 6, and still have not received and I have been told they do not know when I should expect it. Very disappointed.
