I am providing some additional feedback on my last visit to Key Hyundai here in Jacksonville Florida. As your records show I did take my vehicle, a 2014 Sonata Hyb to this dealership for service. Have purchased many cars from Key Hyundai and Key Buick. The service department is GREAT! The sales department employees have each other's back - even if you are working with one salesperson, if that person is tied up on any subsequent visits, another sales person will pick up for that person even though the commission goes to the one salesperson. I love that they look out for each other and it is not a cutthroat business. They will continue to have our business.
Makes car maintenance easy. Conformable waiting area. The staff at the front desk is more like a concierge at a hotel
They are very friendly, organized, and welcome you as soon as you drive in.
Exceptional customer service. They took care of our all of our needs and honored out warranty when another dealership ran us through the ringer attempting to deny any responsibility including the promised loaner vehicle.
