This place has got to be a freaking joke. I set an appointment for 9 o'clock did not leave until 1:30 p.m. I went in for a tune up on a 09 Buick Enclave... Everytime I go to this place it is at least a four hour time investment regardless of repair. My first visit was for a tire check 5 hour wait... Second visit engine noise 6 hour wait! If time is valuable to you do not go to this godforsaken place! And they apparently lost my car during today's visit... there is little to no accountability. No one is monitoring anything! GREAT service center for your Hyundai! The service team goes above and beyond. My long-time service advisor is out with a broken leg, so Ronnie Taylor took care of me. He is EXCELLENT! Kept me informed on every detail and the timeline for the repair, and provided a loaner car to keep me on the road. Also met with sales manager Robert Simmons about my next Hyundai. I am one pleased customer.
On July the 1st a service person named Ronnie told me he couldn't help me, he didn't even suggest anything, all I wanted was the tire pressure adjusted. Horrible customer service I will never take my new sonata that just purchased @ that dealership, they got my money, that's all they care about. My name is Ronald Tucker.
