Kensington was always the furniture store of choice in my family since the 60's. The styles, selection and value make this a must stop for anyone in the area looking for furniture. I like that it's a local, family owned business as opposed to an impersonal big box franchise. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with our purchase. Our salesman, Dan Barclay was very attentive to us. We ordered 5 pieces of furniture. They all came in at different times because we had special fabric put on. When I called for updates, I was always treated pleasantly by usually Allotio or Josh. We had 1 problem with a glider swivel chair, but that was resolved and a new base was put on. Overall, very pleased
Our sectional sofa arrived right on schedule. The delivery crew was professional and thorough when they put it together!! We are enjoying it. The best part was the chocolate chip cookies we were given!! I highly recommend Kensington for all your furniture needs!!
Ordered a kitchen set that was carried both by Houzz and Kensington. Decided to go with Kensington b/c I preferred talking to live people, plus I thought they 'd be more vested in customer satisfaction. I was told it would be about 6 weeks for it to come in. That disappointed me b/c Houzz could get it to me in 3 days, (minus the chairs I wanted). After 3 1/2 weeks, I was contacted with the news that my set was no longer being manufactured.
