We just placed an order for a loveseat so can not as yet rate delivery or quality of merchandise. However I can speak to the great service from the two sales associates we dealt with. Katie and Aleena were both very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. It was an entirely pleasureable experience.

We recently purchased a sleeper sofa from Kensington. Although there was a slight misunderstanding for delivery, it was remedied quickly and professionally. The delivery was made, as then promised, by courteous gentlemen. We love our new purchase. Thank you.
I ordered a sectional sofa on October 30,2017 and began paying on it right away. Promised delivery of new working sofa by Christmas. I am still waiting! It is April 25, 2018. Extremely disappointed. This doesn’t even include my nightmare appointment with the design team that began in August.
We had a great experience with Michele! She wasn't pushy and she understood my husband and my needs and wants and knew where to direct us. We ended up buying two couches that day & we got our delivery fast. We will most definitely be back to give them our business!
