i was told my couch would take 6-8 weeks. called on week 8 and was told it wouldn't even ship for another two weeks, and that it would take three weeks from then to get delivered. that should've been tomorrow. nope. another week i'm told. so if it really comes then, i'm at 14 weeks. no one ever calls to update. we always are the one initiating phone calls. was told 3 hours ago someone from sales department would call me. still waiting.

I ordered a table in March. I started getting charged for furniture before I received it at the end of May. By the end of June finish was coming off of table top. They replaced table top in August and finish is coming off again and two chairs are coming apart. Their fix is to give us store credit. I don’t want to deal with them anymore. But Mr. Grossman would rather have me stuck with buying his substandard furniture then refunding me my money and picking up his furniture. Service, Selection and Sales force - all stellar. Best furniture at the shore. Have been coming here for 5 years and will keep coming back. Jerry is tops - knows his stuff and is just fun to work with. Recommend this place highly!

I have purchased multiple items from Kensington there’s customer service and there loyalty is amazing everything is been deliver within days of purchase set up I even get a call back making sure iam satisfied with my purchases thank you Kensington will recommended to anyone 😊

everything. terrible experience . 4 months after wrong furniture came, waited 2months for that. best advice, don't shop there. Worst experience ever. I wanted the floor model after waiting 4 months. Sorry, no. They do nothing to rectify the problems or care. Better not charge me or I'll be taking legal action
