The sales people were very nice & attentive when we walked in the store & ordered a sofa in Sept with a delivery date of Sept. 23rd! Well here it is Dec. 27th & still NO sofa !!!!! 3 months Later!!!!...... & try to get one of those sales people attention or to return a phone call..... Not happening!!!! RecommendedKensington had a lot of higher-end, better quality items that I couldn’t find at the other stores. Our sales rep, Katie, was very helpful. She wasn’t your typical sales rep that you were trying to avoid and was just in it for the sale. She genuinely cared about us finding what we wanted for the best price. Definitely ask for Katie when you go!
Kensington has been great to work with outfitting our master bedroom in our new home. Dedicated team members Elaina P., Susan Feold and Mark Grossman have made our buying experience quite seamless. Palettes is a beautiful furniture line and we couldn't be more pleased. We would consider a purchase through them again, if needed.
They tell you things are in and they get your money and then they don’t come in and they say it’s not their fault that the product wasn’t on the truck. It’s constant lies. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I would not recommend buying from Kensington, as I was basically told in no uncertain terms they do not stand behind their product. WE purchased a bedroom set and after 2 weeks, I am still awaiting a phone call from the manager (I was told he was in a meeting).
