I will never recommend Kensington Furniture nor will I ever buy anything from the store. I have received my order I. Bits and pieces that was ordered in the beginning of March. It is now September and I still am waiting for the lady piece. I have made many phone calls and they are never returned. Our builder recommended this store and I will inform him of the unprofessional way Kensington does business. Common courtesy and communication are core values in a business. Kensington has none of these values.
Constant lies about delivery dates, disjointed and clueless customer service reps. Were told two weeks and more than a month has gone by. This company is poorly run with incompetent customer service representatives. Owner gives lip service. They wanted to deliver the bed only without a mattress and with no date for mattress delivery. They missed four promised "we will call you this week" promises. Don't waste your money at Kensington. No Integrity.
I had the worst experience with sales, customer service, administration. the worst experience ever. 3months and still haven't heard of a final delivery date after receiving a defective furniture.
Custom ordered a table several months ago. It was suppose to be delivered on or before Jan 19, 2020. The store has not provided a status update and it the table is 2 weeks late from being delivered. I just keep getting the run around from Mark Grossman. They have my money and I do not have my table.
Kensington is the best! They have all price ranges , all styles and the nicest staff. The chocolate chip cookies are great, too! Ask for Katie! She helped us furnish an apartment and we love everything ❤️. She answered emails so promptly and was a pleasure to work with.
I beg you not to do business with this store. Nothing but a headache and not a single piece of furniture I bought now 2 months after I purchased my furniture. My wife and I purchased a sectional from Kensington on November 16th 2019. We were originally told our furniture would be delivered on December 1st.
