By not waiting 6 weeks after my order was placed to tell me that the furniture had been discontinued! I would think that once the order was placed. the manufacturer would have told Kensington that it was no longer available. So why did no one contact me to let me know. I had to call several times before I was told that my furniture was discontinued!😠
Dima was a great help in choosing a new bedroom suite. Her knowledge of the furniture lines was extensive and I felt like I made an excellent choice. Thanks again Dima!

This place sucks. The service here is trash! The manager even got smart with me! I called multiple times & never got a call back. Lie about my delivery date. I got my mattress but not my box frame! Had to leave my mattress on the floor for another week! Got the wrong color couch & on top of that a piece of the couch was missing!
Salesman David Schultz was extremely helpful. We had very specific measurements for a kitchen table to fit into and he was able to make it happen. No other furniture store could accommodate our needs. I was very pleased with his efforts and professionalism. Mary Ann & Alfred Iannelli

What a great experience!!
Sales person knew everything about mattresses and helped me find the best one for me through the dream catcher machine where you lay on this mattress and it helps show where your pressure points are on your body while you sleep. Would buy other furniture from them too.
