Don't do it. Purchased a sectional and was given a 2 week delivery date. Then told another date and another date and still have not received it. I read the other reviews on how it took forever and should of listened. Were about to pay our first payment on a couch we haven't even received yet. Again Don't Do It.
Never buy from this place if you are actually planning on having the furniture you purchased. Lied to multiple times about an order that has been taking over a month to arrive (they keep pushing back a week). Never told in the beginning that the purchase was on back ordered and found out from the poor delivery people on the day it was suppose to be delivered. Tried to cancel and it is almost like they are trying to prevent it from happening by telling me that the manager will "call me back soon." I did not receive that call ... read more

A joke of a business. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Ordered a couch the sales woman said would be here in 7-10 days. Called 4 times before I could get some what of a straight answer that it would take another 10 -14days after I have waited 20 days. They had a problem when I demanded my money back. Also ordered a dresser in which I scheduled delivery twice for and they failed both times to deliver it. Now I am stuck with a loaner couch that they loaned to me that smells like cigarettes, they can’t even come and pick that up.

We highly recommend Kensington. Natalie was our sales person and she did a wonderful job. She went above and beyond to help us. Sales manager was also very helpful. Definitely going back for our bedroom when we are ready.
I went "window shopping" for a desk chair on line, but made the final order by phone. The salesman pointed out features that I hadn't noticed. The chair arrived about a week sooner than expected. I am very pleased.
