Had a great experience at kensington. Our sales girl Michelle was awesome.
We purchased furniture at the North Field, NJ location a few years ago. They had the best selection of furniture in the area & the salesman was very helpful in helping us pick out our furniture. Unfortunately a part failed in one of the recliners we purchased. I sent an email with pictures of the broken parts to their Customer Experience Manager. I asked if replacement parts were available. I went online and priced out the bedroom I wanted at several places. Kensington had a great price and was very fair when I questioned a few things. After I ordered I actually read the reviews and was nervous based on the large amount of negative feedback. I personally had an excellent experience. They returned my call promptly and my order was in and correct when they stated. If I need anything else I will go to Kensington first.
I've shopped here for the past few years and I'm always happy with the service and quality. The owner is hands on and present 7 days a week! Who does that anymore? Bravo!
I have made several purchases from Kensington in the past. This was a larger purchase for a shore home. From my first contact with the manager Michelle we were treated professionally. Dan and Jerry were amazing helping my daughter and I select furniture. The delivery was great as well. The box springs for one of the beds was not on the truck. Had great experience at Kensington! Salesperson Lisa Dicarlo listened to me & guided me to exactly what I was looking for. Sectional was half price, & pretty! Delivery by Ryan Archer & partner was efficient , courteous, patient. Sofa is comfy & chic.
