We recently made a purchase at a Kensington Furniture and we were not happy with one piece, we went into the store and spoke to our salesman, Dan and he immediately told us he would take the piece back and we could pick out something else. While in the store we met Mr Grossman, the owner and he was very accommodating and pleasant to work with.
I ordered my bed online, when it arrived . I was very pleased, the service was outstanding. Also shout out to the delivery tech's who put the bed together. Thank you. will shop there again.
0 stars.....Customer service and staff integrity are terrible. Was lied to about the available colors, then treated as if my business was unappreciated. Will never shop or refer business here.
Picked up a gorgeous couch for my living room with an area rug & coffee table and end table. Received lots of compliments. Unfortunately the coffee table was delivered to them slightly damaged which is not their fault, and I'm awaiting my new replacement, but I was able to keep the others for the time being so my room isn't empty as I wait for the replacements. They have really nice decor as well! Very stylish. Michael was a huge help in helping me with my purchases as well!
