VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! The salesman was great, however, I bought a bed, picked it up, brought it home to find out the footboard and legs were missing, called Kensington and Alexis tells me, yes the missing pieces are there and will be delivered on Wednesday, it's Thursday and I still have no footboard or bed to sleep in. Frankly, everyone I have talked to really could care less. I was told yesterday they would deliver no matter the time, complete lies. Just received delivery of the beautiful bedroom set I ordered from Kensington Furniture. From Dan in sales to Michael Grossman the owner, I am so impressed with the level of accommodation and attention to every detail. We feel like very special customers. I would also like to thank Darryl and Jack Grossman for going above and beyond to make sure that the furniture arrived on time. Thanks so much!

DON'T BUY THE INSURANCE PROGRAM THEY OFFER.....IT'S A SCAM....THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFO DESPITE MY PAYING $250. for it.....I'M FILING A REPORT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR FRAUD!!!!! LIP SERVICE NO SERVICE......3 repairs on a defective sofa....still unrepaired and now Kensington won't even respond......never again.....no service....inferior products!!!!!!

Service is terrible. It has been months now and I keep get shuffled around and our sofa is not right. Multiple calls, emails, visits... No help.

Kensington Furniture has been a part of this community for 102 years and we are blessed to have generations of happy customers. If this comment was from a customer, we'd do everything to solve her concerns. Since this is from a former employee and we can only solve this offline over a cup of coffee.
