Bad customer service. Be careful! We purchased a recliner it has been in twice for service in 2 years. Called back this morning with same broken recliner problem, got a hard time and a runaround as usual, even with the great "kensington plan" that covers everything for 5 years! Still waiting for Michael Grossman to call me back! High staff turnaround. Make promises when you buy things, then give you a hard time when you need help or repair service later.
Great customer service!! Kept us informed all along the way about our bed that had been ordered. We ordered two bedroom sets in total. Love them both. My master is my favorite!! Our guest room furniture is perfect as well. Would definitely purchase from again. Unique pieces and a much different selection then some of the usually box stores. I think this may be because they are closer to the Jersey shore.
Obsessed! Jerry and Michelle were so amazing today. It felt like family. Highly recommend this store ����
I was very happy with our salesman Dan Barclay. He spent a long time with us and was able to answer all our questions. My couch, love seat and recliner was a special order. The date the furniture was to arrive was right on time. Was delivered to me 3 days later and I could not be happier. The men that delivered the furniture were especially nice. They brought the items in very carefully and put it together with no problem. I would definitely go back if I needed to buy more furniture.
What is going on??? I have furniture that I ordered (1 of the pieces was a floor model) and the furniture was promised before Father's Day. We are now going into the second week of July. I spoke to someone 1 week ago who assured me the furniture would be in your warehouse on Tuesday or Wednesday and I would get a call for final payment. It's Wednesday evening. No call. I have been calling your store for 2 days and only get an answering machine. I have left messages with no return call. Are you out of business????
Don't waste your time with this horrible excuse for a business!!!!!!!!
Found dining room table at Kensington and it was a "Hot Buy". Was told it would take 3-4 weeks for it to be delivered. We opted to pick up in store. Was promised table before the end of the month but now it is almost halfway through the next month with no promise of table in sight. Eating dinners on floor. We keep calling Kensington and no one has any real reason or answers on why our table has not arrived. Still waiting....
