Bad place to work at they treat certain workers like crap they hired me for a delivery coordinator but because I am black they threw me in the back to slave as a warehouse worker not fair what they did I wouldn’t recommend nobody to work for them
Hire new management who is able to do the job and also able to follow up with customers instead of blowing off the customers calls

Michele the general manager helped me get the best possible deal and the owner Michael was accommodating to my work schedule and was able to send delivery men out as soon as possible! Some of the MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and no intentions of FOLLOW UP! You must chase them down to get answers.
They need to keep customers informed of delivery changes. i was expecting my delivery and I had to call them to find out it had been rescheduled. I'll never buy from them again!
Been waiting for a bed for 10 weeks. Ordered it June 8th. They said 6 weeks maximum. No one returns a call and no one can provide any information. Extremely frustrating customer service. Any other store would try and get you answers. This one avoids calls.

They have no idea what they are doing. I got several different answers to the same question. A representative decided to order what she thought was right instead of the customer who knew what was right. Will NEVER buy from them again. I wasted 6 hours on these unprofessional people !
