Toyota Cars are great but the service department and customer service is need to improve. I'm not satisfied with there service.
They did not perform the service on my 2017 Corolla that I was told they did and also that the service receipt stated they did and had no logical excuse as to why the work was not performed.
Went for our Toyota Camry shaking, they had it in and out in exactly an hour. Friendly people. Nice waiting room, nice experience. Problem fixed and car feels like new again.

I took my car into the service dept. after hitting a piece of truck tire that tore the splash guard from anchors. They fixed it at no charge and special thanks to Nicholas Mellinger for being so helpful. I'm a fan for life!+
