I had a friend that bought a car from their used lot. The transmission went out after the first week. The manager has refused to rltake her car. Thee sales person told her too bad its your problem. I need to rethink my car purchases in the future.
We had been considering a specific used car and found one online listed at KK Toyota. After speaking with Dustin and then Bert we received details and extra pictures of any issues. We were nervous coming from out of town, hoping everything was as described. I'm happy to say everything was as described and the sales process went smoothly as described also. This doesn't happen everywhere but I'm happy to say it happened here. Thank you.

Drove 300 miles, or 6 1/2 hours to this dealership. they had the truck i wanted and i got the best deal possible. other, more local dealerships didn’t even come close to the deal i got from Kenny Kent. Ben Bredemeier is an all star salesman and i would make the drive out there again. GO CUBS !!!
Wife just bought a Vensa there. Salesman was great and patient with us. There was no pressure and they were not pushy. They were willing to work with us on a fair price.

I am not impressed with their service dept at all I had to make two trips from Princeton (30 miles) to get one tire replaced. First time they said I didn’t have an appointment which I had made and they didn’t have the tire in stock . It was a Corolla . Second time I had to wait almost two hours to get that tire replaced and the icing on the cake? The lady didn’t even thank me when I give her my precious hard earned money ! I left with a very negative opinion of the place both times ! Would not recommend them at all.
