Bought a new Rav4 today. Shawn Merkel, Russel Parker were at the top of their game. Very pleasant buying experience, these guys are awesome. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Took my Tacoma in for my 20k service. Had a great overall experience. Had a recall checked on my truck and a few TSB's done. Bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen in a dealership, and this is coming from someone who grew up at a dealership. The guy working in the parts dept was awesome, helped me pass by the time talking about Tacoma's and 4 runners.
I just bought a great used car from Kenny Kent and I have to thank the salesman, Bert Sandefur for all his help making sure everything went well. He was great to wok with and followed up after the sale to make sure everything was okay. Great follow though. If you're looking for a second car or your first purchase, wander through their lot - if they don't have what you want, they can find it and they will make sure you are happy with your purchase! I am - VERY HAPPY!
I am now driving the 3rd car that I have purchased from Kenny Kent. I have very satisfied with their service throughout the years. I bought my first one in 1994 and have been dealing with them ever since. They have always been courteous and efficient.
i would not take anything in to there to have it worked on. thanks to Kenny Kent Toyota austin has a nice car and I have a nice car payment. they said it would be at least 1200.00 and that it my or may not fix my car so we went and got it and pd them about 350.00, we gave it to my grandson and he fix it for only 5.00..
