Trouble with service department.. will think twice before I buy any more cars from them.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I had called and made an appt. I drive 45 miles. When I got there they didn't have me down for an appt. this is not my first bad experience with them but it will be my last. I will never refer anyone to them ever again and I won't ever go back there again. They have even stolen stuff out of my vehicle before and had to replace it. Dale Howland was amazing. Meet all our needs and went above what we expected. He came in on his day off so we could meet for the pick up of our new Corolla. Very pleased with our experience. And the finance people were so friendly and speedy. We were in and out in less than 2 hours.

Absolutely most disrespectful dealership I've ever been in. Larry in finance literally kicked me out of his office because I called him out on a lie with Toyota financial on the phone. Best thing that will happen for your dealership is when he retires September 15th. Absolutely pleased Ford was able to take care of your screw up.
My son had his car in for a recall issue and they said he needed brakes with a price tag of $342.35. We called Law Chevrolet and the exact same thing will only be $149.50! Kenny Kent tried to rip a young man off!!
Very disappointed by the outcome of my recent service / inspection. Two weeks after my service I opened the hood on my highlander for the first time. My battery terminals had a great deal of corrosion on and around them. When I look at my receipt from the service it clearly states that the terminals and cables are inspected. My assumption was that problems would also be addressed not just "inspected". I drive an hour to have my vehicle serviced at the dealer because I always felt it would receive better care.
