I went to Kenny Kent Toyota looking to trade my old truck that I barely used for a new car. Steven Shutz pointed me to the 2019 Yaris. Brand new, amazing on gas, tons of trunk space, and loads of features; huge upgrade from the truck. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was quick and easy.

I called Monday and left a message for Josh in the service department. It’s Saturday and I’ve not had a return call. I’m not going to break someone’s door down to give them business. My recall will be done at a different dealership plus the extra work. I will tell everyone I know never to use Kenny Kent for anything, purchasing or service. If I could give you zero stars I would.
