I called Monday and left a message for Josh in the service department. It’s Saturday and I’ve not had a return call. I’m not going to break someone’s door down to give them business. My recall will be done at a different dealership plus the extra work. I will tell everyone I know never to use Kenny Kent for anything, purchasing or service. If I could give you zero stars I would.
