Terrible customer service. They do not fight for your warranty issues, nor refunding you what you pay that ends up being a recall. When you go to buy, they judge you by what you drive, wear, and how many kids you have. Unprofessional remarks from the moment we drove onto the lot, and not just made to us. I have taken my 2017 Rav into Kenny Kent for repairs 3 times for the same issue. I bought it brand new. They are still not able to stop the leaking on my drivers side floor. Each time it’s a different excuse. Apparently, they don’t feel it is important enough to fix. I need a service manager to call me ASAP. This is unacceptable.

I bought a truck from the keny Kent neighborhood store they fix the truck up where it wasn't smoking or rattling they put some kind of additive to it! I haven't had the truck a month and it's already in the shop their powertrain warranty is garbage I would not recommend them to a dog
We have purchased vehicles from them in the past and had good experiences. Yesterday we we’re filling out the purchase papers at their Pre-Owned lot off the Lloyd, and had a very poor experience. After a long negotiation when they gave us the carfax paperwork we discovered the car had been in an accident.
