RecommendedGreat sales, service, and people. But they're automated message on calling has hung up on me 6 times now as I'm trying to schedule an appointment. That's the only bad thing I have about it.
We spent 3 hours there Saturday with Kellan and never once was offered a bottle water and or snacks, even after we told him numerous times we needed to get some lunch as am diabetic. I think all they were concerned about was making a sale even thought they sure didn't want to come off their price! I have mouths to feed was what the sales mgr DJ said, wow! I would not recommend them!
My husband and I purchased a certified, used vehicle from Matt Market recently and was very happy with the service he and Robbie Kent provided. After we got the car home, we noticed an issue with the tires. They reviewed the tires a couple of days later and agreed with our findings and offered to install a new set of tires at no charge. Certainly above and beyond what we were expecting! Thank you!

My husband and I bought a used car there in September and I drove it for less than 2 weeks. It lost over a quart of oil. We took it to their service department because we had an extended warranty on it. Since it was not a Toyota they would not fix it. After taking it to Honda, and we waited for 2-3 weeks for the warranty place to say that the parts were not covered. My buying experience was fast and easy. Steven made the whole thing very enjoyable. He talked me through all the features of my new car and answered any and all questions I had. I got a great vehicle for a great price. I was wary to buy another used vehicle after my last experience at a different dealership, but Steven reassured me about their certified used car program and the warranty that comes with them, which is AWESOME. I'll definitely be buying all my future cars from Kenny Kent.

I walked in 1 hour before closing. told Mike Miller I needed a car today! They hooked me up with a brand new Camry! I would reccomend Mike as a salesman. he was very polite and not pushy. I told him exactly what I wanted a d he found it.
