Terrible customer service
Steven Shutz was amazing. He got me into a car when other dealers couldn't. We did everything over there phone because I live 2 hours away. So when I got there all I had to do was sign papers and drive off the lot. I highly recommend going to talk to Steven if you're in the market for a new car.
Bought a new corolla hatchback yesterday and was in and out of the dealership within an hour, everything was streamlined and my sales man Jarrett buck made everything super easy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new or used Toyota.
Went and bought a new car there today and Roger Bannister was such a great salesman. Not pushy about it, but very helpful and wonderful to work with. We're so happy with our new car!
Fraud. Hid the diagnostic report from me, and blamed the issues with my new truck on me. Took 6 weeks to get a copy of the diagnostic report and it showed the fuel pump on recall being bad then after them denying that was the issue.
Taz Patterson was such a help when I was looking for a vehicle. Someone hit me from behind totaling my car that was paid for. I was so overwhelmed with trying to find a new vehicle in my price range and really didn’t want to finance. Taz reached out and gave me great recommendations and was honest with me in finding the right vehicle at the right price. went in for a new camry and walked out with exactly what I wanted. steven shutz was my salesman and did an amazing job. straight to the point, knows exactly how to treat you and make you feel comfortable. would definitely go back for another Toyota later in the future.
