I purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland with the high altitude 2 package in August of 2019 and I had to have my car serviced 8 times. On two separate occasions the car wouldn't even start and I had to get a tow and call out of work. I have requested a new car but been told that is not how it works.
