The reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because Scott, the man who sold me the car is a great guy and did everything he could to help me. My jeep has been having alot of issues. My biggest concern is something suspension related that is throwing off my treadwear and alignment. I had to replace 4 tires at only 19,000 miles at my go to tire place. I brought it in to Kelly Jeep for a full suspension check and was told they took apart my steering column and everything was normal except I needed an alignment and was asked if I wan... read more

Apparently the new service department only offers synthetic oil changes meaning that you have to keep using synthetic once you get synthetic in your car!! is that unusual to anybody else?? most of the older vehicles are conventional oil! what type of dealership doesn’t have conventional oil as an option for a oil change. Oh and the cost of an oil change s $85! I guess the cost of the new dealership was a little bit over budget. never going there again

The service department is the best! Quick appointment times, everyone is friendly, and they all wear masks! Waiting room is nice and large, making social distancing very easy.
