Went in for a recall on my car..service was fast and friendly, told me they would run it thru the wash for me when they were done, was disappointed when I walked out to my car and they hadn’t washed it. Was also a little disappointed that they weren’t more helpful when I explained that I had to spend $30 (receipt in hand) on oil 1,500 miles before my oil change was due. We worked with Pholy and Aaron. Both were so knowledgeable. He didn’t push us into anything and really made sure we loved the car first before doing anything else. It was pretty smooth sailing and was finalized in a timely matter. My mom is so happy with her new car, we definitely are happy we did business here! Thanks again Pholy!!

The staff at Kelly Jeep Chrysler were very quick to get my vehicle issues diagnosed and repaired. Robert, was very helpful in making sure that I had a clear understanding what the issues were and the expected time frame for repair. At 8 months pregnant, I was trying to get out of my lease with my two door Jeep Wrangler. This would have been my fourth time purchasing a car with Kelly, but this time around was not pleasurable. I went straight to the general manager after working with a salesman that was not offering me anything reasonable.
