The service department it the absolute worst. First let me say that I purchased 2 wranglers from this dealer. I was having some issues with my vehicle so I took it directly to the dealer hoping that I would receive quality service and it would be done efficiently. Well let’s just say it’s been 7-hours since I dropped off my car with no call from the service advisor to let me know either what was wrong with it or that they were having difficultly finding out the problem. wouldnt buy a soda from this service dept. they did THOUSANDS of dollars in damage to a friends vehicle. it's at another shop fixing all their damage. went back and they refused to fix, even with the mechanic from the other shop making a trip there to explain their techs damage. Might have to speak to a lawyer..
My family all have gotten either leased cars or purchased used cars the last several years. We are always treated professionally and without pressure. It is always a pleasure doing business at Kelly’s.
