Had a great experience today at Kelly Jeep Chrysler in lynnfield. They do a phenomenal job in regards to social distancing and sanitizing. Chairs, waiting area, gazebo, tables with chairs inside and outside: plenty of locations for waiting and they are all spaced out for social distancing and they also provide sanitizer at each spot. Very informative about what service they are providing to your vehicle. They even sanitized inside my vehicle before allowing me to drive away. Quick and friendly service.

The customer service is second to none. During COVID19 my transmission started leaking and they safely allowed me to come in and took care of it. Reise was spectacular and sanitized my car personally! Thank you to him and his team.
Too expensive for an oil change Higher prices than competitors
At my last oil change/tire rotation visit in February, my Jeep was returned to me with the tire-pressure light on, which I noticed, driving home. I called Kelly right away to report this. The mechanic said, “Keep driving. It will turn off.” It didn’t. I had to take another afternoon off work to bring the car back. This time, the mechanic said that the driver-side rear tire pressure was low, and apparently never inspected, which he adjusted. My sales associate Niko was the nicest and most responsive associate I have ever dealt with. He didn't try to pressure me into a car that was more expensive and let me know all of my options. He was very efficient, I was in and out in 2 hours and got my car by the end of the business day!
