Kelly Jeep has always been a great place to buy and service cars. I have had 5 cars with the Kelly family! My most recent visit was an oil and filter change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Nelson was wonderful at check in, as was the parts department when I bought my blades. For the 1st time in 18 years, I was treated very rudely at checkout. The receptionist was extremely rude when I asked her a question about the price. I left there upset and have not decided if I am going to go back to them. I have always loved the K... read more

Very courteous and well explained the issues with my new Jeep and the follow up. Service was great. Receptionist not on the ball at all. Glad I read my receipt fir a 4 week follow up appt. as receptionist was to busy chatting to tell me what I needed next.
