Second time leasing with Kelly Jeep. Sales rep Janet and Manager Nico were beyond professional and great to work with. They make you feel like they truly appreciate your business and they arent just trying to sell you a car. The process was as simple as it could be, all options explained clearly and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately! Having problem with jeep I live in Florida they need my car to diagnose problem so I left car , it sat in parking lot for 3 days so I had no car thought they were going to diagnose but it just sat in parking lot and when I got car back they never diagnosed anything and now stop start function does work service rep said battery was charging 2 weeks later battery still charging I think they failed to plug stop start function in
