I'm telling you, we got the best service you can get from Kelly Grimsley Honda, we went to look at a used, new to us vehicle. Will helped us out. Outstanding salesman, not pushy, professional, we ended up purchasing this vehicle. So, the story goes... After 3 days of having the vehicle, it got cold and we turned heat on, to find out heat on drivers side not working. I drove out to talk to Will, before I Knew it, I had a rental car their waiting for me, our car was repaired in a few days. NO cost to us. Now that's service. We... read more

Worst dealership in odessa had 2 different cars and was told I was financed signed papers and all and 2 months down the road they picked it up and said deal fell through horrible dealership

I just left the dealership. I got a truck on July 12 took it in on the 18 to get a small dent fixed on the back door passenger side. Picked it up the 24th. My maroon truck had a red door!!! I was told by my salesman to come in Friday and we could get with the general manager and discuss it. Early Friday I get a text from sales guy saying "Hey my manager said if you are not happy you can bring the truck back, we can let you back out of the deal" ... all because I wasn't happy with my red door. Took my Escalade for an oil change this morning. When it was done, Steven Dunlap - service advisor- told me the Escalade needs a new front shocks. He promise he could have my baby back by 5pm. My baby having been driving rough when I drove to Durant, Ok and back. They dropped me and picked me up at work in Midland. My baby is driving smooth now - just like when I first bought it! Thank you so much Steven.
