I took my car into this place to be fixed. Had an appointment that I waited two weeks to get then had to keep checking back with them after I took it in. I was in the process of moving and called to see what was going on because I was moving to a different state. They told me I had a seized motor so I went and got my car that looked like it hadn’t been touched since it was dropped off which was 3 weeks prior. We had got a truck from them with a tread in. They look at out trucks miles wrong. The did the paperwork and see everything was good so we signed paperwork on Saturday. Well now Monday morning they say no because our truck had to many miles on it when it was there mistake and paperwork already sign contract made but they can break there contract and there word. I traded my 2015 mustang for a 2018 Dodge Challenger today and had a very pleasant experience. Jacqueline, my sales rep. did a fantastic job in helping me and Tiny as well was professional and courteous. it was fast and easy. Worst car dealership we have ever been to. They approved us and six weeks later come back and say we are not approved!! I have been to plenty of dealerships and never have they told us we were approved let us take the vehicle and come back six weeks later and have us return the vehicle. Most dealerships tell you within hours if your approved or not and will not allow you to take the vehicle if it isn’t approved.. not only that but because of their ignorance they put a lot of hard inquiries on our credit report and left us of... read more
I was in a very shady situation caused by texas certified motors. ( if ya'll want to know what they did go on there page i left a long bad review about them) my cars motor got locked back in February and we couldn't fix it because of the above named dealership and we went there and talked to Dion. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!Beginning of May I traded in my charger for an optima. Kept getting calls from from my lender who financed my charger saying they never paid off that car. I was calling Kia daily. They kept giving me a run around and saying that sometimes it takes months to pay it off. Which is just crazy. I called the Kia finance which is who financed me for the optima. There was no contract ever sent in and they told me that optima was not even mine.
