My husband went up there looking for a Kia telluride, the sales person that attended him said that they had sold the one they had, but said to leave his number and that ONCE THEY GOT ONE IN THEY WILL CALL US. Well we waited and no one had reached out to him. He called the other day and they told them that the one that they had gotten was sold. Very disappointed with them!
I’m looking to buy a car within the next couple of days. I really love the look of the telluride so I wanted to test drive one but wanted to see what versions Kelly Grimsley had available before I drove to Odessa to check them out. I called 5 times yesterday, the salesman’s voicemail is full. The front desk person said she’d have someone call me back, never did. I called today, nothing. I got a pre approved notice was reassured that I was preapproved and would be offered a vehicle. Got there and was told because I had 2 vehicles and co-signed On my sons they couldn’t finance me even after I specifically asked, drove 120 miles round trip all to be lied to! If they will lie about this what else will they lie about. Spent my time and gas money for nothing!

Kimberly, we are sorry you felt lied to, but we had no idea that your credit was spread so thin helping other family members. This is truly a marketing venture, based on certain demographics that you apparently fit into, but we never guaranteed anything, it was all based on current credit scores and ability to purchase, which you didn't qualify for.
We just traded my 2015 Mazda in for a 2019 kia optima and I have never been happier buying a new car! I live 80 miles from the Dealership and we were able to do everything by phone and text. They even delivered it! we haven't had the best luck with dealerships in the area, but Uli and Kelly Grimsley changed that! thank you!
