I tried getting a car from there and the first salesman that helped us he had long dreads and was so rude to my mom he was acting all cocky saying " I only sell Cadillacs" gave us another salesman and he was nice but not very responsive always on his phone. and told us if they fixed the windshield (cause it was a mazda suv I was looking at ) it going to be more expensive. so apparently they don't clean or fix up/ detail vehicles before buying
I’d recommend this place to any and everyone who needs a vehicle or wants to do a trade in , facility is clean , staff is friendly and professional . I’d recommend getting nick Flores to help with getting you into a vehicle . He’s helped me with my trade in and is able to get us into something that fits our budget & makes sure we’re okay with the payments amount .
I brought my vehicle to be repaired for minor collision and when they called me to pick it up I left work early to make it there on time. when I arrived the repairs had been done but my vehicle was filthy with white compound all over it and writing on my windows the interior was filthy covered in dirt. I called and complained to the manager who said he would go pick it up and clean it which he never showed I did not expect it to be detailed but at least clean up after theirselves and return the vehicle rinsed off. I swear Kelly grimsley a joke I swear I would not recommend to not ever buy vehicles from them sales manager at used vehicles tells me that they dont guarantee that your vehicle will not break down on you within 6 months what really umm as I recalled yall are a big company and you shoud be in good standard make sure that your vehicle is good when you drive it off the lot! 😡😡😡😡
This is a great place to get a vehicle. My sales lady was Angelica she was very professional and very helpful. She helped get a wonderful car for me being a first time buyer. I would gladly recommend Kelly Grimsley to any of my friends. My honest opinion ask for Angelica she will help u get into tye car u tuly like and try to help u out the most she possibly can.
