I called and spoke with Jay who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I drove to the dealership to test drive the vehicle, told him I wanted to trade and he agreed to hold the car until the next day when my husband could come with me to sign the papers. Everything went very smoothly, the price of the vehicle was below average asking price, they gave me a good trade in amount.
