Fast initial response, then extremely poor follow up to timely requests. Dealer rep responding with title of Internet Sales Manager seemed to have no Mngr authority and appeared to only be a person to invite for a test drive. Even more surprising and disappointing when the conversation involved a higher priced vehicle.
