Our experience buying the Ford Explorer from Kelley Buick GMC was great from start to finish. We were contacted by Linnette early the morning after I had sent a request for information through Cargurus. An appointment was arranged with George Roman who showed us the vehicle and answered our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Our financing experience was equally pleasant working with Adam Hernandez. Overall a great experience - and we love the vehicle!!

The internet sales manager was very prompt in responding to my emails. She gave me every bit of information I requested, but we couldn't agree to a deal. I would contact them again in the future.
Called and spoke to the sales manager. If you notice the car is 32,964.00. Asked him the out the door price. He said 38,964.00 I asked how it could be so much when my sales tax is only 2307.00 he then proceeded to list the options the car had that made it extra? Seriously WTF?? They should be in the advertised price. Window tinting fee?? . Scumbags
