Went to the Dealership to look at this specific truck, did a test drive and then sat down with Kenny Lopez and worked a deal that was a win-win. Chatted with the Sales Manager to finalize. Tom the Finance Manager was great in work with on the paper work, recognizing that all the paper could not be finalized until my wife, who had not come with, signed the documents, allowing me to take the paper and I drove the truck home. All in all, a four hour transaction.
My experience with this dealer was phenomenal. Everything was actually handled ahead of time by phone and email to prepare for this sale. All I had to do once I arrived was do my test drive where the truck was already clean and waiting upon my arrival. After that it was just sign and initial lol. I plan to go back when ready to by my teenage daughter her first car.
