Started a deal on a truck on a Thursday submitted all financing paperwork to secure the financing. Didn’t hear anything on Friday sat dealer calls and asks us how far we will be commuting and how long we plan to keep the truck…. Long story short they sold our truck on Sat after we had started the deal. They tried to get us to purchase a new truck. Never apologize just was told that they had other options for us.. Will never do business here again. And highly recommend anyone else look elsewhere the deals are out there!!! #sh... read more

They contacted me immediately and Damien gave me the info. I shared that with my friend and she had changed her mind. I called Damien back to let him know. He was polite, he knew his product very well. I wish my friend would have bought from Jimmy Smith and Damien. If I needed a vehicle I would have bought it.
