Had a pre-arranged price from my bank but after driving an hour to the dealership they refused the price they agreed to with the bank the old bait and switch

Dealer says the car is a 1 owner but the carfax clearly states it has had 3 owners.

They started off emailing back and forth with me. I advised them I would have the GM discount and maybe a USAA discount. After that I never heard anything back from them
Internet Sales person continues to follow up with me in order to earn my business where dealers haven't.
