The purchase was good to deal with except the floor mats were in the back of the truck and were wet ,when I told the sales man about the wet mats he said " nothing I can do about it .. it is what it is "

I was contacted immediately after I enquired about this vehicle. The listing was spot on but pictures did not do this vehicle justice. It was absolutely spotless and smelled amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My salesman and finance manager was amazing and found the perfect deal for me! I absolutely love my new vehicle and my new "Laura" family! I would recommend them to EVERYONE! 10 stars in my book!! Thank you "Laura Buick GMC"!
Salesperson seemed irritated and told me there is no going back and forth there at that dealership. So when he lowballed me on my trade I took it as his final offer. Asked for my keys and he then proceeded to want to negotiate but I took him for his word and left. Sad for them because i already had a preapproval on financing and i bought the same vehicle the next day that I found at another dealership.

Very good experience with dealer. Was very helpful with purchase and trade. Had some typical large dealer add ons I do not agree with, but was flexible in reducing costs and meeting my satisfaction. I WOULD buy a vehicle here again.
Spoke with Kyle on multiple accounts. Was and still very interested in this vehicle. I was told a deposit was put down so It wasn’t meant to be.
