I was contacted a few times, but they never answered a specific question I had about the vehicle's carfax of "1 accident reported, no damage" after several emails. Not until the day that I was halfway to the dealership to view the vehicle and I called them to confirm they would show me the vehicle was I told "sorry, it just sold, and it's off to the shop to have some body damage fixed." That does not give me confidence in shopping for cars on line and believing the car is adequately represented by the dealer's descriptions.
Key fob junk, lights came on going home from dealership, fuel filter, and bad sensor for radiator fluid level . Sent text message to salesman about these issues no response. I won’t drive 95 miles to this location to buy anything.
Bella was extremely helpful in providing extra information on this vehicle! She was professional and very responsive.
I’m not sure what her position is, but the woman Bella that I spoke with on the phone was phenomenal!
I would recommend this dealer to everyone I know. The people I interacted with were incredibly helpful and seemed to enjoy what they do. I worked directly with Bella and she was super quick to get me the requested information and continued to check up on me.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the vehicle that I really wanted, but the staff was super helpful and made the process extremely easy for a newer car buyer such as myself. Bella was the lady on the phone who got the whole process started and she was the one that continued to make sure my needs were being met. Overall, great experience!

I am an out of town buyer and most of the transaction took place over the phone. Once I made the decision to purchase, the process was super easy. Julio made sure all the paperwork was prepared and the car was ready when I arrived. Honestly, it was the easiest car buying transaction that I have ever had! I highly recommend Julio and his entire team!
