Dealer had a good price on their truck but they offered me $12,000 below book value for my vehicle. I ended up finding a better price on the same optioned truck and received the book value for my trade. I won't bother with Laura GMC again.
Beautiful car I should’ve got it but I thought it was a little expensive for what it was But overall it was beautiful and they’re very nice people and I think you so much

I asked questions about the car and got no response, after initial response saying the car was available.
Although I ended up buying a different model from a different dealer, the sales person at Empire Buick was kind, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Nathan was extremely helpful to the fullest, I appreciated the assistance he provided, he wanted to and did, make sure that ALL of my questions was answered and I was fully informed... Unfortunately someone bought the car when I was gonna head their (no fault of his) and in contacted me to let let know so I did not make the trip for nothing and I fully appreciated that... I would definitely recommend his and will keep him in mind if another vehicle come to the lot that I find interesting before I buy another
I was never met by a salesman after waiting nearly 15-20 minutes after the salesman was paged
