I didn't end up buying the car, but I am satisfied with the experience. Kyle was very helpful, and courteous. He also offered to search for other vehicles to fit my needs.

We tried for 4 days to get someone to answers us and stop putting us on off. And then never heard back the last time and that was Wednesday morning. Do not recommend.

I was very pleased with Mike Hauschild! He's a great salesman! I found exactly what I was looking for online. He helped me through every step. He never tried to talk me into something else, like a more expensive car. He definitely cared about me and my needs, and not his bottom line. Very upstanding business and salesman!
Bait and switch tactics used here. They wanted several thousand more for a vehicle than advertised. Slow to respond, and communicate. Will not honor online pricing. Eventually spoke with the manager who was rude, did not acknowledge the issue, and laughed when I requested the advertised online price.
Hands down best customer service and sales!

Worked with Charles Conklin and he did a fantastic job. Call Charles Conklin if you are looking for a vehicle! My only disappointment in the entire purchase of the Jeep.....was the upselling of Extended Warranties when signing the papers.
