The process of buying a home, be it your first or an additional income property, is extremely tedious. With each side jockeying for position, ones stress levels may skyrocket. With the aid of a realtor that is an excellent negotiator, responsive, and knowledgeable, you will be in good hands. I have worked with Kimo through multiple offer submissions and I he has definitely helped to keep me sane. I personally recommend his services to anyone who likes a straight-forward approach to getting things done right...the first time.

I just closed on a house 10/4/13 with Theresa as my agent. Working with her was awesome! She was attentive, knowledgeable, definitely a woman with spunk, did her homework and would share everything she had found out about the house, intelligent, knows this field like the back of her hand.
