We used Catherine to sell our townhouse in La Mesa Village. She was very flexible and went the extra mile promoting our unit throughout the village. She held a broker's open and an open house and within just a few days we had received a few offers. We were thrilled it all happened so fast! Catherine was a big part of that. Cat had signed me up with a listing of the areas I was interested in including a few she thought might work also for me. The list was always updating. When I found places I was curious about I would call her up let her know Most of the time the very next day we could go look at them. There were a couple where we had to wait for owner permission to look, but still it was fairly quick. Catherine was fantastic. I couldn't have gotten a better agent. Absolutely no problems. She was very flexible, seemed to get a "feel" for what we wanted, and always showed us appropriate properties. Was very patient with us in our "process". Very organized with paperwork, and knowledgeable in what was needed in terms of paperwork. I am extremely happy with my home purchase. Dave and Kim Norberg were exceedingly helpful throughout the whole process, including trhe loan process. I put an offer in mid-March, it was accepted within 2 days and escrow closed the end of April. Talk about fast. Kim kept me informed every step of the way. My house was listed and sold within one month. I contacted the Norberg group in May and let them know that i had a foreclosure auction date of June 29. The house appraised for $360k but being in the time crunch I was in, I settled for the first offer of $340k. David and Kim helped walk me through the probate process and provided me with all the documents I needed. We closed on June 28, and I received a check in the mail later that week.
