I highly recommend working with Kimo Quance. My boyfriend and I just bought our first home together and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Kimo showed us homes that were exactly what we wanted - the first house he showed us is the one we bought! Overall, the whole experience was very up front, easy, and comfortable. Julie has helped me buy my home and sell my previous home. She knew exactly what was needed to get me home I had my heart set on. She also helped me to get multible offers on my previous home. She is very caring and wants to make sure you get the home that is right for you. She also is a tough negotiator.

Julie was professional throughout the process. She explained everything me about buying a home, provided a great lender and just made the process easy and enjoyable. Julie is the Best EVER! She has sold 2 houses of ours and we are in the process of looking for one to buy now. She is very attentive and is very flexible with our work schedules.
